There are many reasons why physical activity is good for your body – having a healthy heart and improving your joints and bones are just two, but did you know that physical activity is also beneficial for your mental health and well-being? Being active doesn’t just mean doing sports or going to the gym. There are many other ways to be active. Find the one that works for you, and let’s all get physical!

STS collaborates with experienced facilitators to provide wellness activities targeting eight self-care aspects: physical, psychological, emotional, social, professional, environmental, spiritual, and financial. These activities aim to decrease stress, address mental health issues, access support services, and foster a positive work environment.
