We're Looking for Self-Care Saturday Instructors

Self-Care Saturdays are 30-45 minute virtual and face to face sessions to engage people in wellness activities to reduce feelings of stress, manage mental illnesses and promote social connectedness. Each event offers an opportunity to learn how to practice strategies at home and access behavioral health resources. Are you a self proclaimed or certified instructor with an active Instagram account and availability on Saturdays?
