Join us on May 3, 2025 for the Silence the Shame Field Day, a vibrant celebration leading up to May 5th, National Silence the Shame Day. This unique event is dedicated to promoting holistic well-being and serves as a platform for community engagement, awareness and support for mental health.
When we first announced this event, general admission required a fee for all attendees, regardless of whether they participated in the Competitive Relay Games. However, in our commitment to supporting the community and reducing barriers to participation, we are thrilled to announce that general admission will now be completely free for all non-competitors, including both children and adults.
Your continued support and generosity have made this change possible—creating a welcoming space where everyone can come together to enjoy a day full of fun, wellness, and connection. Thank you for helping us make this event even more accessible to the communities we serve. For those seeking friendly competition, the Competitive Relay Games remain a central highlight of our event.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Competitive Relay Registration Fee: $55 per team member
- Team Size: Up to 10 members (reduced from 15 for a more dynamic team-building experience)
- Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 or older to compete
At STS field Day, we invite you to participate in an exciting array of activities to uplift mind and body. The event promises something for everyone, from competitive games like relays, tug of war, and water challenges to mindfulness practices such as yoga and creative expression activities. We aim to create a welcoming environment where youth, adults, and families can connect, share their experiences, and gain valuable insights into the importance of mental well-being.
Event Highlights Include:
• Competitive Field Day Games: Thrilling competitions for the title of Field Day Champion.
• Wellness Booths: Access to health resources and educational materials promoting mental wellness.
• Mindful Movement Sessions: Yoga and Zumba sessions to boost mood and fitness.
