STS Self-Care Saturdays are wellness events that occurred a month in the Atlanta area and were complementary to the community. Due to COIVD-19, we are offering virtual self-care Saturdays via our Instagram page. We offer a wide range of activities to promote positive self-care (i.e. yoga, meditation, Zumba, journaling, cooking, and more).
